The International Departure Aid Program is an aid program given by Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation, Ministry of National Education for:
- -College students, teacher, and administration staff around Ministry of National Education.
- Participants of Darmasiswa Scholarship Program who would like to go to Indonesia for bilateral cooperation.
- Awardees of Beasiswa Unggulan program for Double Degree.
This aid program aims to support human resources improvements of intelligence and competence based on the national education’s perspective. Its allocated for 150 selected participants in the year 2010.
REQUIREMENT
All applicants must fulfill each selection criterion detailed below:
- College students who would like to go and live abroad within minimum 1 month for academic purpose and being recommended by the head unit of higher education.
- Teacher who would like to go abroad for academic purpose and recommended by its principal.
- Administration staff recommended by the Institution around the Ministry of National Education and has been signed by head unit.
- This aid program is only given once in a year.
- Completed application in the website by inserting bank account number along with attaching the completed document as followed:
- Inquiry letter which addressed to Head Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation, Secretariat General, Ministry of National Education, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Senayan, Jakarta 10270.
- Invitation Letter from invitor
- Photo
- Passport
- Ticket/Booking Code
- Front page of pass book (saving book)
- All documents above must be scanned with max size 1 MB for each document.
- Submission and completed document MUST BE submitted in the website before departure.
ACTIVITY PURPOSE
This aid program is given to those who would like to go abroad in order for academic purpose as the following:
- Pioneering cooperation with other countries in terms of education.
- Taking extended study for excellence student.
- Participate in Darmasiwa scholarship program for bilateral cooperation.
- Teacher who would like to teach for Indonesian school abroad.
- Join the Double Degree of Beasiswa Unggulan Program.
- Speaker for conference, workshop, seminar, and training abroad.
COVERAGE OF AID
This aid is given for ticket purpose in amount of Rp. 2.000.000 (two million rupiah) to Rp. 7.000.000 (seven million rupiah). The amount of aid is determined by the selection team.
SELECTION PROCESS
- Candidates will be selected in the 4th week every twice month.
- The selection based on the completeness of administration requirements.
- The selection will be done by the Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation (BPKLN), Ministry of National Education and Head Division of International Service as coordinator.
- The result will be announced in the website and inviolability.
REPORT SUBMISSION
Each participant who received the aid must submit the activity report during abroad at the latest one (1) to two (2) weeks after departure time. Click here to see, make and send out the report format.
